If you have lived and loved and dreamed; if you have shared the vision of your life with another, then there is a good chance that you have also experienced grief and loss.

As I have journeyed through my own life, I have come to realize that, just like love, Grief is a sacred dance with the Divine.

When we plan and we dream and we envision our lives, we are co-creating our lives with God; co-creating our lives with our Soul. We send up prayers asking the Universe to support us, hold us, encircle us, and expand the potential within us.

We feel God’s hand, we feel angels in our midst, and we look forward to our lives unfolding exactly as we have hoped for and “planned”.

But sometimes our hopes, dreams, and desires do not go according to plan.

  • > We lose a loved one to death
  • > We lose touch with neighbors when our lives go in different directions
  • > We feel the distance of relationships that have soured.
  • > We separate. We divorce. We move away.
  • > Despite our best efforts, life feels stuck, stagnant, stifled.
  • > Our unfulfilled dreams haunt us or taunt us.
  • > Love, connection, and belonging feel just out of reach.
  • > Our belief or relationships change and we lose friends and a network of support.

Unlike so many other emotions, grief is not an emotion that can be healed; loss is not an experience that cannot be ignored.

Rather grief and loss must be seen, witnessed, and HELD!

The experience of grief becomes a companion of love and wisdom for our lives, a key to deep love, sacred compassion, and divine belonging with one another. Holding space for grief and loss is intimate, vulnerable, and courageous.

In this 3 Day Masterclass, we are going to:

  • > The relationship between Grief and Love
  • > The connection between Loss and Belonging
  • > Recognize Ambiguous Loss in ourselves and others
  • > Understand how & why we Silence our Stories of Loss
  • > Identify Chronic Sorrow in ourselves and others
  • > Learn how grief and loss disrupt our sense of identity
  • > Explain grief as a trauma and loss as a crisis

In this Masterclass, I will offer you a new perspective of grief, loss, & caregiver sorrow…

** I will help you to understand grief and its relationship to our sense of self and safety.

** When our minds understand WHY we are grieving and can identity WHAT we are grieving, it can allow our hearts to FEEL the grief and mourn the loss.

** I will offer you the tools to feel your Grief so that you can release the resentment, rage, and self-blame/shame that our minds use to self-protect and mask our grief.

** Many of the emotions that keep us stagnant or hold us back from feeling deep connection and self love stem from unprocessed grief.

** In this Masterclass, we will tend to the emotion, honor the lost sense of self, and integrate the Loss into Deep Love.

** When our most intimate and vulnerable emotions are seen, held, and witnessed we develop a deeper sense of self-trust, self-grace, and self-confidence.
